Phospho-KIF20A (Tyr869) Antibody (PA5-105438) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-KIF20A (Tyr869) in mouse heart tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-KIF20A (Tyr869) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105438) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of KIF20A only when phosphorylated at Tyr869.
Target Information
Mitotic kinesin required for chromosome passenger complex (CPC)-mediated cytokinesis. Following phosphorylation by PLK1, involved in recruitment of PLK1 to the central spindle. Interacts with guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-bound forms of RAB6A and RAB6B. May act as a motor required for the retrograde RAB6 regulated transport of Golgi membranes and associated vesicles along microtubules. Has a microtubule plus end-directed motility. [UniProt]
