PLK3 Antibody (PA5-106736) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PLK3 in mouse muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with PLK3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106736) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
PLK3 is a member of the polo family of serine/threonine kinases. PLK3 is involved in the regulation of M phase in the cell cycle. CNK contains both a catalytic domain and a putative regulatory domain. It may play a role in regulation of cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis.
