IL13RA2 Antibody (PA5-106798) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of IL13RA2 in HepG2 cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and IL13RA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106798) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Target Information
IL13RA2 (interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2) is closely related to IL13RA1, a subuint of the interleukin 13 receptor complex. This protein binds as a monomer to IL13 with high affinity, but lacks cytoplasmic domain, and does not appear to function as a signal mediator.
