CC2D1A Antibody (PA5-109484) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CC2D1A in paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer. Samples were incubated with CC2D1A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109484) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
This gene encodes a transcriptional repressor that binds to a conserved 14-bp 5'-repressor element and regulates expression of the 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1A gene in neuronal cells. The DNA binding and transcriptional repressor activities of the protein are inhibited by calcium. A mutation in this gene results in nonsyndromic mental retardation-3.
