Horn shark IgNar Antibody (PA5-111966) in WB
Western Blot using Horn shark IgNar Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-111966). Recombinant Horn shark IgNar (AY925141) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Horn shark IgNar Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-111966) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
