MERS Coronavirus NP Antibody (PA5-112051) in WB
Western Blot analysis of MERS Coronavirus NP using MERS Coronavirus NP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112051) at a dilution of 1:1000. The sample used was a Novel coronavirus (HCoV-EMC/2012) Nucleoprotein/NP, Lane A: 500 ng, Lane B:200 ng, Lane C: 100 ng. The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 0.4 µg/mL dilution. Performed under reducing conditions.
