AUP1 Antibody (PA5-118947) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of AUP1 in human stomach tissue using AUP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118947) (10 µg/mL) and using PBS intead of the primary antibody as a control. The sample was then stained with HRP-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG polyclonal secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). DAB staining.

AUP1 contains a domain with homology to the ancient conserved region of the archain 1 gene and a domain they may be involved in binding ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes. The unprocessed precursor is of 476 amino acids in length and has an estimated molecular weight of 53 kDa.
