3-Methoxytyramine Antibody (PA5-119512) in ELISA
ELISA of 3-Methoxytyramine in 100 µL (coated at a concentration of 10 µg/mL) of 3-Methoxytyramine carrier protein conjugate. Detection range is 400 ng/mL down to 1.4 ng/mL (coated ligand detection range). Sample was incubated with polyclonal 3-Methoxytyramine antibody (Product # PA5-119512), followed by Rabbit IgG (HRP) with a dilution of 1:2000.
