SARS-CoV-2 ORF10 Antibody (PA5-143830) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of SARS-CoV-2 ORF10. Samples were incubated with SARS-CoV-2 ORF10 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143830) followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:20,000. A direct ELISA was performed using SARS-CoV-2 ORF10 immunogen peptide as coating antigen and the anti-SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) ORF10 antibody as the capture antibody. Detection range is from 0.3 ng/mL to 1,000 ng/mL.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is an enveloped, positive-sense, single-stranded RNA virus that causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Virus particles include the RNA genetic material and structural proteins needed for invasion of host cells. Once inside the cell the infecting RNA is used to encode structural proteins that make up virus particles, nonstructural proteins that direct virus assembly, transcription, replication and host control and accessory proteins whose function has not been determined.~ ORF10 encodes a potential viral accessory protein.
