Cdc2L6 Antibody (PA5-26091) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cdc2L6 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with Cdc2L6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-26091) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
CDC2L6 is one of the components of the Mediator coactivator complex. The Mediator complex is a multiprotein complex required for transcriptional activation by DNA binding transcription factors of genes transcribed by RNA polymerase II. The protein encoded by this gene is similar to cyclin-dependent kinase 8 which can also be a component of the Mediator complex.
