STK17A (DRAK1) is a serine/threonine kinase localized in the nucleus and involved in apoptosis. Diseases associated with STK17A include Colon Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Among its related pathways are Sweet Taste Signaling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include transferase activity, transferring phosphorus-containing groups and protein tyrosine kinase activity. An important paralog of this gene is STK17B.
