Phospho-p47phox (Ser370) Antibody (PA5-36863) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-p47phox (Ser370) in paraffin-embedded human tonsil carcinoma tissue (cytoplasmic and nucleus staining) and negative control (right, with PBS only). Samples were incubated with Phospho-p47phox (Ser370) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-36863) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-biotin and avidin peroxidase.

This antibody detects endogenous protein at a molecular weight of 45 kDa.

Target Information
p47phox (NCF1) is required, along with NCF2 and membrane bound cytochrome b558, for activation of the latent NADPH oxidase. This oxidase is a multicomponent enzyme that is activated to produce superoxide anion. Mutations in the gene can result in granulomatous disease.
