Annexin A13 Antibody (PA5-47587) in WB
Western blot analysis of Annexin A13 in human and mouse small intestine tissue. Samples were incubated in Annexin A13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47587) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Annexin A13 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

This antibody detects endogenous human and mouse Annexin A13 in Western blots. In Western blots, this antibody did not cross-react with recombinant human Annexin A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, or A11.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined; however, it is associated with the plasma membrane of undifferentiated, proliferating endothelial cells and differentiated villus enterocytes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
