CD62L Antibody (PA5-47991) in IHC (F)
Immunohistochemical analysis of CD62L in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat thymus. Samples were incubated in CD62L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47991) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

In Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse L-Selectin and 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human L-Selectin is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
The human CD62L is a 74-95 kDa glycoprotein member of the selectin family of adhesion receptors. L-Selectin is comprised of an aminoterminal C-type lectin binding domain, an epidermal growth factor-like domain, two short consensus repeat (SCR) sequences homologous to those found in complement binding proteins, a short spacer region, a transmembrane region and a short cytoplasmic region. Human CD62L (L-Selectin) is constitutively expressed on all classes of leukocytes including lymphocytes (except a substantial population of memory T cells), monocytes and polymorphonuclear cells.
