Retinoid X receptor alpha, ligand binding domain (RXRA-LBD) is a 56.67 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 204-462) expressed as a GST fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. RXRA-LBD was expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands, making it ideal for ligand binding and coregulator displacement studies.

Functional assay: Functionally confirmed in a LanthaScreen® TR-FRET coactivator assay to ensure performance
