This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-53796. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
RTDR1 (Rhabdoid tumor deletion region protein 1) is a 348 amino acid protein that is expressed in adult spinal cord, skeletal muscle, cerebellum and spleen, as well in some rhabdoid tumors. The gene encoding RTDR1 maps to human chromosome 22, which contains over 500 genes and about 49 million bases.
