The SOLA II Flare Sulfur On-line Analyzer is adapted from the SOLA II Sulfur On-line Analyzer and is based on pulsed ultraviolet fluorescence (PUVF) technology, a reliable analytical method for flare gas measurement.

Features:
  • Two independent calibration ranges that allow for two widely varying independent measuring ranges
  • Dual PMT power supplies that enable users to set the PUVF sensitivity
  • Dual sample injection valves for precise control of the sample size being injected into the system and ultimately the PUVF detector
  • Use of less carrier and calibration gases
  • Pulsed UV Fluorescence (PUVF) detector with Pyrolyzer for Total Sulfur Measurement
  • Repeatability of ±1% of full scale
  • Semi-continuous response time, outputs updated every 1 second, 3 to 5 minutes to 90% of new value
  • Continuously monitor via a 30-second injection period to provide accurate measurement of flare feed sulfur content
