FOXC2 Antibody (TA807691) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FOXC2 (RC223412, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FOXC2. Positive lysates LY401613 (100 µg) and LC401613 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Target Information
Forkhead box protein C2 (FOXC2) is a transciptional activator and is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. FOXC2 may be involved in the formation of special mesenchymal tissues. Mutations affecting the gene can cause lymphedema-distichiasis (LYD).
