Septin 3 Antibody (PA5-144067) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Septin 3 in SiHa cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in Septin 3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144067) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Daudi whole cell, human SiHa whole cell, rat brain tissue, mouse brain tissue. IHC: mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: SiHa cell. Flow: U251 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene belongs to the septin family of GTPases. Members of this family are required for cytokinesis. Expression is upregulated by retinoic acid in a human teratocarcinoma cell line. The specific function of this gene has not been determined. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
