Thermo Scientific Pierce Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast Isolation Enzyme (with papain) is a tissue-specific dissociation reagent for isolation of MEFs from mouse embryonic tissue and is a component of the Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast Isolation Kit.
Papain has been demonstrated to be more effective and less harsh than other proteases for tissue dissociation. At its optimal concentration, this reagent ensures a high yield of viable and functional fibroblasts.
