El tampón de carga de gel (10X) BlueJuice se ha diseñado para la carga y el seguimiento de muestras de ADN en geles de poliacrilamida nativa o de agarosa. La visualización de las bandas de ADN no se verá oculta por los colorantes de seguimiento porque se ejecutan fuera de los límites de la mayoría de las muestras de ADN.
Uso del producto La concentración recomendada de este tampón para su uso con todas las muestras de ADN que se ejecutan en geles de agarosa es 1X. Para los geles de acrilamida, la concentración recomendada es de 0,5 X.
Para uso exclusivo en investigación. No apto para uso en procedimientos diagnósticos.
