Western blot analysis of PPAP2B in HeP G2, mouse brain, mouse uterus, and rat uterus (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with PPAP2B Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58136) using a dilution of 1:1, 000. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Exposure: 60 seconds.
