Below are the concentrations of the free fatty acids obtained from the HPLC Lipid Profiles (mg free fatty acid/g of protein) from an older AlbuMAX lot:

Alpha-linolenic acid – 0.59 mg FFA/g protein
Linoleic acid – 0.65 mg FFA/g protein
Oleic acid – 2.12 mg FFA/g protein
Stearic acid – 2.09 mg FFA/g protein
Palmitic acid – 1.90 mg FFA/g protein

Note 1 – FFA stands for "free fatty acid"
Note 2 – The individual lipid concentrations may vary between each lot, but the values above can serve as a good approximation.
