Description
1,5-Diphenylcarbazide is used in the colorimteric determination of chromium, osmium as well as in the detection of cadmium, mercury, magnesium, emetine and aldehydes.

Applications
Le 1,5-diphénylcarbazide est utilisé dans la détermination colorimétrique du chrome, de l’osmium ainsi que dans la détection du cadmium, du mercure, du magnésium, de l’émétine et des aldéhydes.
Solubilité
Soluble dans l’acide acétique glacial, l’alcool et l’acétone. Légèrement soluble dans l’eau.
Remarques
Sensible à l’air et à la lumière. Conserver le récipient hermétiquement fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
