Description
DPC is a potent, non-specific blocker of Cl- channel and chloride-bicarbonate exchange. DPC also inhibits CFTR (cystic fibrosis transmembrane regulator) ATPase activity. It is used to detect vanadium in steel.

Applications
Le DPC est un puissant bloqueur non spécifique du canal Cl- et de l’échange chlorure-bicarbonate. Le DPC inhibe également l’activité de l’ATPase du CFTR (régulateur transmembranaire de la fibrose kystique). Il est utilisé pour détecter le vanadium dans l’acier.
Solubilité
Soluble dans l’éthanol, le DMSO (50 mg/ml), l’alcool chaud et le méthanol. Insoluble dans l’eau.
Remarques
Conserver à l’abri des oxydants. Gardez le récipient bien fermé et placez-le dans un endroit frais, sec et bien ventilé.
