Description
4-Bromobenzenesulfonyl chloride is used as activating agent in the synthesis of oligodeoxyribo- and oligoribo- nucleotides in solution. It also used in the synthesis of 4-(N-allylsulfamoyl)phenylboronic acid and in protection of amines as 4-bromobenzenesulfonamides.

Applications
Le chlorure de 4-bromobenzènesulfonyle est utilisé comme agent activateur dans la synthèse des oligodésoxyribo- et des oligoribo- nucléotides en solution. Solubilité
Soluble dans le tétrahydrofurane, lʼéther de pétrole et le 1,4-dioxane. Insoluble dans l’eau.
Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Sensible à l’humidité. Stocker sous un gaz inerte.
