Description
cis-Aconitic anhydride is used in the preparation of poly(amino acid)-containing copolymers with gradient pH-sensitive side groups initiated by the amino groups in methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lysine). It is also involved in the preparation of pH-sensitive anti-tumor prodrug nanoparticles by conjugation with D-alfa-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS).

Applications
L’anhydride cis-aconitique est utilisé dans la préparation de copolymères contenant du poly(acide aminé) avec des groupes latéraux sensibles au pH de gradient initiés par les groupes amino dans le poly(éthylène glycol)-bloc-poly(L-lysine) de méthoxy. Il est également impliqué dans la préparation de nanoparticules de promédicaments anti-tumoraux sensibles au pH par conjugaison avec 1000 succinate de polyéthylèneglycol (TPGS) D-alfa-tocopheryl.
Remarques
Sensible à l’humidité. Incompatible avec les acides forts, les agents oxydants forts et les bases fortes. Stocker dans un endroit frais.
