Description

N,N-Diethyl-p-phenylenediamine sulfate is used for the spectrophotometric determination of drugs such as salbutamol sulphate, ritodrine hydrochloride and isoxsuprine hydrochloride containing phenolic group. It is also used in the analysis of drugs like dapsone hydrochloride, sulfamethoxazole and sulfadiazine containing aromatic amino group. Further, it is used as a color developer and film developer in photography.

Applications
Le sulfate de N,N-Diéthyl-p-phénylènediamine est utilisé pour la détermination spectrophotométrique de médicaments tels que le sulfate de salbutamol, le chlorhydrate de ritodrine et le chlorhydrate d’Isoxsuprine contenant le groupe phénolique. Il est également utilisé dans l’analyse de médicaments tels que le chlorhydrate de dapsone, le sulfaméthoxazole et la sulfadiazine contenant un groupe aminé aromatique. De plus, il est utilisé comme développeur de couleurs et développeur de films en photographie.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau et l’alcool.

Remarques
Sensible à la lumière et à l’air. Gardez le récipient hermétiquement fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
