It finds it use in photography, process engraving, lithography, analytical chemistry, and electroplating; Also used as in lubricants, phosphors. Used for cadmium electrode position and in photoconductors.

Sensible à la lumière et hygroscopique. Entreposer à l’écart des agents oxydants, de la lumière et de l’eau/de l’humidité. Gardez le récipient bien fermé et placez-le dans un endroit frais, sec et bien ventilé. Stocker sous un gaz inerte.
