This plate is used for ABY dye spectral calibration of your ViiA 7, QuantStudio 6 Flex, QuantStudio 7 Flex, and QuantStudio 12K Flex real-time PCR systems with a 384-well block. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.

What are the excitation and emission profiles for ABY, JUN, Cyanine 5, and Cyanine 5.5 dyes?

ABY dye has an excitation wavelength of 568 nm and emission wavelength of 583 nm.
JUN dye has an excitation wavelength of 606 nm and emission wavelength of 618 nm.
Cynanine 5 dye has an excitation wavelength of 649 nm and emission wavelength of 667 nm.
Cyanine 5.5 dye has an excitation wavelength of 678 nm and emission wavelength of 695 nm.
