OptiMSe software facilitates data analysis for fast screening of intact proteins and protein complexes. Its on-the-fly report enables sample selection for downstream cryo-em analysis. OptiMSe software is developed for use on native MS data collected via online buffer exchange.

OptiMSe software

  • Applies novel in-house developed algorithms for isotopically unresolved and smaller isotopically resolved protein species.
  • Algorithm and parameters are automatically selected based on user-defined protein target mass.
  • Processes data concurrently on existing instrument hardware, post run so that results are ready shortly after the last run is completed.
