Applications
Le pyrophosphate de sodium, sol. tampon 200 mM est utilisé en laboratoire comme tampon. Le DSPP a été utilisé comme agent chélateur dans des études antimicrobiennes. Le pyrophosphate tétrabasique ou TSPP (sc-203404 ; sc-236921) s’avère utile à la préparation d’un tampon d’extraction de pyrophosphate d’EDTA-sodium pour l’analyse des microcystines dans les échantillons de sol. Il s’agit d’un agent de levage populaire rencontré dans les levures chimiques.
Solubilité
Entièrement miscible dans l’eau. Insoluble dans l’alcool et l’ammoniac.
Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé.
