Description
tert-Butyl cyanoacetate is used in the synthesis of vinylogous urea. It is also used as a new additive for the sugar nucleoside base coupling step en route to DAPD with improved β-selectivity.

Applications
Le cyanoacétate de tert-butyle est utilisé dans la synthèse de l’urée vinylique. Il est également utilisé comme nouvel additif pour l’étape de couplage de base nucléoside de sucre en route vers le DAPD avec une sélectivité de β ; améliorée.
