Description

1-Boc-piperazine is useful for the preparation of (m-phenoxy)phenyl substituted piperazine derivatives. It is also used in the synthesis of indazole DNA gyrase inhibitors. Further, it plays an important role in the preparation of alfa,beta-poly(2-oxazoline) lipopolymers through living cationic ring opening polymerization. It is also in involved in Buchwald-Hartwig coupling reactions with aryl halides.

Applications
Le 1-Boc-pipérazine est utile pour la préparation de dérivés (m-phénoxy)phényl substitués pipérazine. Il est également utilisé dans la synthèse dʼinhibiteurs de gyrase dʼADN dʼindazole. De plus, il joue un rôle important dans la préparation des lipopolymères alpha,bêta-poly(2-oxazoline) par polymérisation dʼouverture de cycle cationique vivant. Elle participe également aux réactions de couplage Buchwald-Hartwig avec les halogénures dʼaryle.

Solubilité
Soluble dans lʼacétate dʼéthyle, le méthanol et lʼeau.

Remarques
Hygroscopique. Stocker dans un endroit frais. Sensible à l’humidité. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
