Le conjugué streptavidine-HRP est généralement utilisé dans l’immunodétection des protéines biotinylées. Ce conjugué convient en immunotransfert, ELISA, immunomicroscopie. La quantité de conjugué fournie est suffisante pour 25 transferts Western en utilisant 10 ml de solution de travail par réaction ou 25 réactions d’immunocoloration en utilisant 1 ml de solution de travail par réaction, selon le cas.

Yes, you should block the western blot membrane before incubating with Streptavidin-HRP Conjugate. Blocking is essential to reduce non-specific binding and background signal.
We recommend incubating the membrane in 10 mL blocking solution. Gently agitate using a rocker platform for 1 hour at room temperature and then proceed to washing the membrane (Step 5 of the protocol on page 5 of the user manual (https://assets.thermofisher.com/TFS-Assets/LSG/manuals/streptavidin_conjugates_man.pdf).
