You will find a series of eLearning courses which can cover different topics such as foundational theory and/or basic operations principle and/or user maintenance and troubleshooting.

The EASY-nLC™ 1200 Foundational Theory eLearning course provides an introduction to the basics of chromatography with a focus on liquid chromatography. This course covers the basic principles of chromatography, an introduction to High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) theory and nano HPLC theory as well as a discussion on factors that influence liquid chromatography separation. Some of the topics covered in this eLearning course include:

  • Identifying key components of a chromatogram and the components that cause variations
  • Different separation types based on types of columns, packing materials and flow rates
  • How nano HPLC works and where it is used
  • Basic examples of separation and the influence of altering chromatography conditions

It covers the process of creating a robust method and understanding the recommended parameters. This course also covers the tubing, columns, and connections used. This course is designed for new users who want to learn how to use/run basic experiments on the instrument. Some of the topics include:
