Thermo Scientific™ Labtainer BPCs are composed of Thermo Scientific Aegis 5-14 film, a single-web, five-layer, animal-origin free film.

Features:
• All BPCs are constructed in an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom, which complies with cGMP standards.
• Manufactured with industry-leading Aegis 5-14 film
• C-flex tubing that can be used with tubing welder and various connection options
• Flexible and economic solution to update or increase your bioreactor capacity
• Suitable for both suspension and adherent cultures
• Configurable to meet your process needs, including options for single-use sensing (DO, pH, and pressure)

Customize standard BPC systems for optimized single-use technology
Choose from a large component library – with over 2,000 unique components that include:

• Fittings—straight, reducing, elbow, T-style, X-style, and cross-style.
• Connectors—quick connectors/disconnectors, aseptic connectors and disconnectors, steam-to and steam-through connectors.
• Filters—used for bioburden reduction; sterilization grade filters and gas filters.
• Tubing—thermoplastic elastomers, platinum-cured silicone.
• Sample ports—septum-style and needle-free ports.
• Clamps—sliders, pinch, and crimp bands.
