The ISQ™ EC Single Quadrupole MS foundational theory eLearning course introduces the ISQ™ EC and the basics of mass spectrometry. This course provides an introduction to the ISQ™ EC and the Ion Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography instruments which can be used with it. Included in this course:

  • Definition of mass spectrometry
  • The four phases of mass spectrometry and discuss the role of each of them in the process

This Foundational Theory course is similar to the ISQ™ EM Single Quadrupole MS Foundational Theory course.

The ISQ™ EC Single Quadrupole MS basic operations with Chromeleon™ eLearning course will provide an overview of the instrument, method considerations and method creation. This course will also cover basic data processing in Chromeleon. Some of the topics included in the course include:
