PCR Plate, 96-well, segmented, semi-skirted, white, barcoded

The Thermo Scientific 96-Well Semi-Skirted Plates, Segmented, Barcoded and White, include the signature semi skirt that provides superior rigidity to the plates and provides space for barcoding. The patented segmented design of this plate allows it to be cut into 24- and 48-well sections. These plates are perfect for applications when you are testing less than 96 samples. They feature industry-standard 128 barcodes for sample and plate traceability, and come with a cut corner at the H1 location. The plates have thin well walls and are offered as white plates for qPCR applications.

Barcoding
The barcodes are the industry-standard code 128. The label itself can withstand temperatures from -196°C up to 120°C to ensure that the barcodes stay on the plate throughout your entire workflow. It also has a special coating to virtually eliminate any ‘rubbing off' of the code during handling. The dual barcodes are located on the opposite numeric and opposite alpha sides of the plate.
