CEP131/AZ1 Antibody (A301-416A) in IP
Detection of human CEP131/AZ1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CEP131/AZ1 antibody (Product # A301-416A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CEP131/AZ1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CEP131/AZ1 antibodies A301-415A and A301-417A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated CEP131/AZ1, A301-415A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
