C18orf25 Antibody (A303-394A) in IP
Detection of human C18orf25 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-C18orf25 antibody (Product # A303-394A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. C18orf25 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-C18orf25 antibody A303-393A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated C18orf25, A303-393A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
