CXCL2 Antibody (MA5-23737) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of C-X-C motif chemokine 2 (CXCL2) was performed using 70% confluent log phase untreated and LPS treated (100 ng/mL for 7 hr) RAW 264.7 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. GRO-beta(5-73) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
