Western blot was performed using Anti-CRMP2 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI5D7), eBioscience™ (Product # MA5-27498) and a 60 kDa band corresponding to CRMP2 was observed across cell lines and tissues tested except MCF-7 and SK-BR-3 which are reported to be low protein expressing cell lines.
