CYP4A11/CYP4A22 Antibody (MA5-37946) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CYP4A11/CYP4A22 in paraffin-embedded mouse kidney. Samples were incubated with CYP4A11/CYP4A22 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-37946) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and hydroxylates medium-chain fatty acids such as laurate and myristate.
