BCL11B Antibody (MA5-38009) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of BCL11B in paraffin-embedded mouse brain. Samples were incubated with BCL11B Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-38009) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
This gene encodes a C2H2-type zinc finger protein and is closely related to BCL11A, a gene whose translocation may be associated with B-cell malignancies. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants, which encode distinct isoforms, have been reported.
