IKAROS Antibody (MA5-50150) in Flow
Flow cytometry analysis overlay peak curve showing Jurkat cells stained with IKAROS monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50150) for 45 min at 4&(8)451;. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) at (1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.

DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and the maturation of the T lymphocyte. It also interacts with a critical control element in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter as well as with the promoters for other genes expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
