Monkeypox Virus E8L Antibody (MA5-51521) in WB
Western blot analysis of Monkeypox Virus E8L in recombinant Monkeypox virus (MPXV) E8L protein. Samples were incubated with Monkeypox Virus E8L Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51521) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 10 ng per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
