Immunocytochemistry analysis of eIF2A in HT-1080 cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; eIF2A recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53162) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647.
