NCK2 Antibody (MA5-57099) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical staining of NCK2 in HepG2 cells using NCK2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57099) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; NCK2 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Target Information
The NCK family of SH2/SH3 adaptor proteins consists of two members, NCK1 and NCK2, which couple tyrosine kinase signaling, including the EGF and PDGF receptor-pathways, to downstream signaling proteins. The NCK2 protein binds human PDGFR-b (Tyr-1009); overexpression of NCK2 inhibits PDGF-induced membrane ruffling and lamellipod formation.
