UCHL3 Antibody (MA566224) in WB
Western Blot analysis of UCHL3 using Various whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UCHL3 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA566224) diluted at 1:1,000. An HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Target Information
Regulatory associated protein of mTOR (RAPTOR) is a binding partner of target of rapamycin (TOR). It binds to 4EBP1 and p70alpha. The binding of raptor to mTOR is essential for the mTOR-catalyzed phosphorylation of 4EBP1 in vitro. It enhances the mTOR kinase activity toward p70alpha. It is also an essential scaffold for the mTOR-catalyzed phosphorylation of 4EBP1 and mediates TOR action in vivo.
